CLARKSVILLE – Rep. Mark Green (TN-07) completed his seventh town hall during the month of April in Clarksville Monday evening. This completes a twelve-day campaign launched by Congressman Green to give an update to his constituents about events in Washington and to listen to their feedback. During each town hall, Rep. Green presented top issues, requested input and guided a discussion in search of bi-partisan consensus.

In total, over 360+ constituents attended the town halls spanning seven counties.

Topics discussed included the recently released Mueller report, border security, federal spending, government reform, the economy, veteran care, flood relief, healthcare and more. Input from all perspectives was encouraged and welcome.

“A vital part of my job is listening to the people who elected me to represent them in Washington. I was glad to spend this two-week spring recess learning their feedback and am looking forward to bringing their thoughts and concerns back to Washington next week,” said Rep. Mark Green.

Rep. Green held seven town halls in the following counties from April 12th-22nd: Williamson County, Hardeman County, Hardin County, Chester County, Wayne County, Stewart County and Montgomery County.
