Simply, we must follow the U.S. Constitution. The Judiciary has overtaken the legislative branch, and the greatest battle in Washington is now picking who the next justice will be. This is not what the Founders intended -- we must transfer power back to the people by empowering Congress to fulfill its duties laid out in Article I. Additionally, I have signed the U.S. Term Limits Pledge. Our Founders did not intend to create a permanent political class in Washington.
